The Vikkex Service Plan

Provides proactive service and support, affordable to all businesses.

There are 4 levels: Determined by the total number of PCs at your location, servers included.

1 PC = $25/month, includes 15 minutes of phone, email and/or remote administration support.
2 PCs = $50/month, includes 30 minutes of phone, email,and/or remote administration support.
3 PCs = $75/month, includes 45 minutes of phone, email and/or remote administration support.
4+ PCs = $100/month, includes 60 minutes of phone, email and/or remote administration support.

All service plans include the following:

* All Remote Support minutes will be matched with Remote Consulting minutes. Remote consulting minutes can be used to discuss your network in general terms, thus saving your Remote Support minutes for resolving specific problems. Phone or email communications only. On-site visits excluded.

* Review of 1 server's logs each month.

* 24/7 emergency service available.

* An on-call technicians' cell phone number will be provided for urgent and emergency support.

* Text Messaging to the on-call technicians' cell phone will be provided for urgent and emergency support.

* Priority over any client not utilizing The Vikkex Service Plan for urgent and emergency support events.

* On-site Service rates are billed at 2 hours minimum, then by the minute thereafter.
Phone, email and/or remote administration support billed by the minute after your built-in plan minutes are exhausted.

* All employees of the facility, with residences within our service area, will receive the same hourly rates of that facility.

Service rates are:

$75/hr from 6am to 6pm weekdays (scheduled 24 or more hours in advance)
Prepaid remote support hours are available at $56/hr. They expire at the end of each month. NO REFUNDS!

$113/hr from 6pm to 6am weekdays and weekends (scheduled 24 or more hours in advance)

$150/hr New Years Eve after 5pm, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

$188/hr Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 5pm and Christmas Day.

Emergency Service rates take effect on any appointment scheduled less than 24 hrs in advance.

Emergency Service rates are 25% greater than posted above, example: $75/hr becomes $94/hr.

Only one of the following will apply when emergency service at your place of business occurs:

* On-site Emergency Service Call Fee will be $100 for scheduling less that 24 hours in advance.

* On-site Express Emergency Service Call Fee will be $200 for scheduling less than 4 hours in advance.

Notes:

Phone, email and remote administration support used to initially determine scope and scheduling requirements will incur no additional fees. Typically, we will contact you and discuss your issue. And together, we will plan the best method to address your issue. This is a monthly agreement based on payment. You will be billed in advance of the coverage. You may not sign up after the beginning of any given month and Vikkex reserves the right to deny any request to join or continue The Vikkex Support Plan. Employee residential service benefits do not include any Service Call Fee credits and Service Call Fees will be required ($50).
